Before you sign, we work out a pay-back sum with you in your own numbers: leads a month, how many become jobs, your average job. It is a rough guide, not a promise, and if the sum does not stack up, we say so. You get the written scope and the agreement before you pay anything.
The price you see is the price you pay us. Hosting, backups and fixes are inside the monthly. Anything outside the written plan is quoted before it starts.

What if I want to leave?
You tell us, and you get a full export of your data within 14 days. Nothing is held hostage and there is no argument about it.
Who owns the data?
You do, from day one. The software is licensed to you while you are with us. The data is yours and it leaves with you.
What happens when something breaks?
You phone the person who built it. Fixes are part of the monthly, not a separate bill, and you get a straight answer on when it will be right.
Can you copy what my competitor has?
No. Every build is private to the business it was built for. What we reuse is our own foundation, never another client's screens, data or logic.
How long does a build take?
You get the plan in writing before anyone starts: what is built, in what order, and when. The build starts with your first red box, so the part that costs you most comes first.
